Captivate Not Recording At All!

No matter what I do, I can't get Captivate to record even a simple screenshot.

I've watched the tutorials, read the help section and, as far as I can see I'm doing exactly what I am supposed to do.

When it comes time to hit the record button (I'm just trying to capture a screenshot of a web page in firefox) the screen changes back to Captivate seemingly doing nothing at all.

Any ideas?

I am getting the same error. If anyone has any ideas, please let us know.

I just posted a more detailed description of a problem that I'm having -- sounds like it may be the same problem.
My "solution" was to go back to Captivate version 1, which does screen captures properly.
