FP11 will not install on a Win 7 64 bit w/ IE9. Says to close IE, after doing so it continues to give same message.

How to close Internet Explorer and other programs running on Windows?

I did that. After I closed all IE pages it was gone in task manager and the
installer still tried to tell me IE was open.
Download this installer http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/support/install_flash_player_ax.exe and save it to disk, then restart Windows and run the installer before doing anything else.
