When we go into the software and hit F1, it goes into Chrome.  All you see it a white screen and the web page address.  If you copy the address and put it in Internet Explorer it will open.  We think it has something to do with the latest Chrome update.  We use RoboHelp 10.  Does anyone have any ideas?

Try this: copy the URL and close chrome. Start Chrome, press F12 and choose the Console tab. Now paste the URL in the address field and try to open the help. What errors/warnings does the console display?

Willam

Hi there

We do understand you have an issue to resolve, but please understand that aside from Adobe, all of us here have our own work to do in addition to answering forum posts. If it's something that requires immediate attention, you may need to contact Adobe support.

The fact nobody seems to have given much response just might also be an indication that we are just as stumped as you are.

Where is the content when you are running it? On your local C drive or on a web server? If it's happening on your local C drive, does anything change when you copy it to a web server and test that way?

How will your end users be accessing the help? From their local C drive or from a web server?

Cheers... Rick

I'm thinking that if the help opens correctly from IE and not from the app means the issue is with the call. Hopefully the information you have provided for Willam will enable him to advise when he can look at this.
