How do I edit a document after it is imported?

How do I edit a document once it is imported? I want to be able to edit documents after they have been imported like in a "save as " mode. Secondly, how do I import the documents in their original form? I imported a document and it was totally changed. It deleted my pictures and put the document in a different order.

The only way to edit a PDF file if you have the Adobe Reader Mobile is to convert it to some other editable format (like Word) and use a different program to make your changes.
