HI there

One used to be able to define a specific Table of Contents and insert an HTML Help Table of Contents control to accomplish this. But I think that no longer works.

Feel free to try if you like. Just click Insert > HTML Help Controls > Table of Contents and choose a Table of Contents.

Cheers... Rick

Mini toc is now under place holder, but this is not what I want. I think I could do this with a table but I cannot figure out how to group rows, like in Excel. Any ideas?

Thanks.

Hello again

I'm well aware of the Mini-TOC placeholder, but Mini-TOC is a completely different animal than what I'm referring to here.

You could also accomplish it to a great extent by carefully using Dynamic HTML (DHTML) Drop-Down hotspots.

Cheers... Rick

Hi Rick, thanks for you reply. I think what you are saying is there is not an easy to use tool within RH that will result in what I am wanting to accomplish, being- group rows in an RH table, meaning expandable/collapsible (like Excel) in regard to row functionality. It would have been helpful for Adobe to give a grouping rows example if it is possible like you say using Dynamic HTML drop-down hotspots. I found no examples using your work around. Thanks anyway for your time.
