Hello,

Welcome to Adobe Forums.

Do you have a Intel MAC or Power PC? (Click on Apple button -> About this MAC)

Does Adobe Flash Player download successfully?

What happens when you install Adobe Flash Player?

Please upload screenshot of any error message, if you get an error.

Thanks,

Vikram

Hello,

Try to install Adobe Flash Player from root user on your MAC

If root user account is not enable : Open Directory Utility located in Application » Utilities. You may have to unlock Directory Utility to make changes. Once it's unlocked, go to Edit » Enable Root User

Thanks,

Vikram

There is only one user account on this computer, so root user should not be an issue, should it?

Download the offline installer here: http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/mac/install_flash_player_11_osx.d...

If it won't download directly, right click and "Save as"… DO NOT mount the DMG or run the installer yet!

Go to: Mac HD/Library/Internet Plugins

Trash the Flash Player.plugin file from there

Go to: Mac HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe

Trash the Flash Player folder (the whole folder)

Empty the trash

Reboot

Mount the DMG and run the installer.

Right click = Control+click on an old one button Mac mouse.

I finally got mine to do SOMETHING when I try to install—it allows me to open, then says “unexpectedly crashed”, then asks me to relaunch, which starts the cycle again.
