Flash Player 11.9 for Mac OS X 10.5.8

Hi. I've been trying to download Flash Player 11.9 for my MacBook with OS X 10.5.8 for a few hours now. I've been bouncing around all over the internet, but absolutely nothing seems to be working. Any help would be tremendously appreciated.

You need a minimum of Mac OSX 10.6 to use the latest version of the Flash Player.

THAT's the latest version that'll run on OS 10.5.8

If your Mac is Intel, you can upgrade to OS 10.6 for $19.99 through Apple. (That's a $129 OS for $20 - not a bad deal at all)
