Installing newest Adobe Flash

This just won't work; I keep getting an error msg, that is vague, and I also don't understand. Many thanks!

What is your operating system? (Windows or Mac) (XP, Vista, 7, 8)

What browser do you use? (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari)
