I cannot get flashplayer to function even after following all instructions. Who can I talk to?

I followed all instructions, help topics, etc., and flashplayer still does not function. (IE 10). Who can I talk to for help?

Been there....no help....all settings are correct per the forums and Flashplayer still does not work. What else can you suggest? Is ther a person at Adobe I can talk with?

What exactly does "not work" mean?

You can call Adobe Customer Support, but they will charge you $39 for support on free products.
