Flash Player Stops at 50%

Hello, im trying to install the latest version of flash on my Dell laptop. It gets to 50% and assks me tp close interet eexplorer - i havee been doing this but it still says internet explorer is open when it isnt.

My computer is running windows 7 and internet explorer is version 10

Download the Adobe Flash Player installer directly by right clicking one (or both) of the following links and selecting "Save Target as" or "Save Link as".

Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)

Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)

Save the file(s) to your downloads folder - DO NOT run anything yet!

Reboot your system.

BEFORE you open anything else, locate and run the installer(s).

If IE still gives you troubles, see: Enabling Flash Player in Internet Explorer   and:  ActiveX Filtering in Internet Explorer
