why can't I put my paid for PhotoShop Elements 2 on Windows 7

I have Photo Shop Elements 2 paid for by buying camera.  but  Windows 7 does not seem to accept it.

I tried to download a free one but even this will not download.  Please help.

Hi bagtay,

You can try this :

If you want to install CS2 it should be in a 32-bit OS environment like Windows XP. But Windows 7 has a solution for this.

1. Right-click on the installer file (.exe file)

2. Select Properties then go to the Compatibility tab.

3. Put a check on the “Run this program in compatibility mode for” then select the previous OS which do you think it worked. For your case select Windows XP with any Service Pack.

4. Then under Privilege Level, place a check on “Run this program

Please be aware our support team will not be able to provide assistance for downloading or installing the Creative Suite 2 software.

goedenavond heb je ook een download link voor de elemwnt 2 mijn cd is stuk en  ik wil hem op mijn nwe pc hebben 

had hem op usb stick gezet maar vw de krassen er op  heeft die niet gepakt 

bij voorbaat dank

The CS2-CS3-CS4 activation servers have been removed from service
-https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite.html?promoid=19SCDRQK
-So even if you have a disc or saved download, CS2-CS3-CS4 are completely dead
