I have had a Business Catalyst Premium Partner Account for about 2.5 years now and I never use it. I thought I would but I just don't have time to use it. It is very powerful. As you can see from here:

Interesting. Are we allowed to sell our Partner plans? I guess transferring a Partner Portal to someone else is legal so I guess you COULD sell it... what's BC's stance on this? Have you inquired with them about it?

1. Not only can you sell and transfer it to any Adobe user but Adobe is fine with this - how do I know? I bought my current account from someone else 2.5 years ago and it was adobe who facilitated the transfer.
