The subscription is an yearly contarct with month to monht subscription, incase you do not want to use it within the time frame of one year, you can get it canceled but it attracts cancelation charges.
Please check the details in :

timroeleveld Oct 14, 2013 11:22 PM (in response to Rajshree)Hi Rajshree,
Thanks for your answer but I think you misunderstood my question.
I don't want to cancel it, but I want to know what happens with the student license after februari 2014. In februari 2014 I'm not a student anymore, but my Adobe CC student license will be active till oktober 2014 if I order now. Is this any problem? Can I still use it for 20 euro's a month?
Regards,
Tim

3. Re: What if a student graduates within half a year
John Waller Oct 14, 2013 11:31 PM (in response to timroeleveld)Once you've proven your eligibility for the Student version, you can use it until your contract expires.
Adobe has no way of knowing when your course ends, or even if you re-enrol on a different course after the current one ends.
All that matters is that you can prove your eligibility for the Student deal when you sign up for it. If you sign up for the 12 month contract and student status disappears after 6 months then you get the benefit of the remaining 6 months at student prices.
When the contract expires then it'll be re-evaluated.
