You'll find Flash Player in several places.

Mac HD/Library/Internet Plugins is where is resides for Safari.

There are, however, several other places as a Spotlight search will reveal

Having it installed is only part of it.

You must have it "Allowed" in Safari too. Click Safari>Preferences (Cmd+,) and go to the "Security" tab.

Thank you for all of the help...

I was able to locate the Flash Player plug in and when I click it a screen with this comes up:

Last login: Wed Oct 16 17:56:10 on ttys000

MacBooks-MacBook-Pro:Flash Player.plugin macbookprouser$

and nothing else.

I made sure that it is allowing plug-ins for Safari.

It still doesn't seem to be working...

As a plugin, it DOESN'T run by itself. It runs in a browser window that contains Flash Content.

Are you trying to view Flash Content offline?

You'll need the Standalone Player for that.

No it just wont run anything. It won't even open Pandora and says please install Adobe Flash (v.10 or later)  , same thing for Youtube videos. No pop-ups though.
