How to re-set Updater preferences (manual/auto) on Mac

In installing an update on Flash Player, I accidentally confirmed Auto Updating in the Adobe Flash Player Install Manager app. I want to return to my preferred Manual Updates, but cannot find any access to my preferences. Is there a way for me to change my updater preferences from automatic to manual?

I am on Mac OS 10.6.8 /Snow Leopard, Safari 5.1.10.
