Difficulty downloading

I had all of my data transferred from my old Mac to my new one. Now I am unable to view any videos. I tried re-installing Adobe Flash, but I can't seem to find it anywhere in my downloads. Therefore, I cannot complete the download, thus cannot watch videos.

Do you have an Intel or Power PC MAC ?

Click on the Apple button -> About this MAC

Please open http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer to download Adobe Flash Player

I am using OS X Version 10.8.3. I downloaded Adobe Flash (several times now), but it seems like nothing is happening. The Flash icon is on my desktop and when I double click, it keeps saying "install software."

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
