error in loading flashplayer

I a using windows 7,I unistalled all versions of flash on my computer and I have closed all open programs, but when I download Flashplayer i get an error message that says there is a progra already running. i have no idea where the program could bethat is running flash

Easiest way around this:

Download the Adobe Flash Player installer directly by right clicking one (or both) of the following links and selecting "Save target as" (IE) or "Save Link as" (Firefox).

Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)

Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)

Save the file(s) to your downloads folder - DO NOT run anything yet!

Reboot your system.

BEFORE opening anything else, run the installer(s) from your downloads folder.
