need to install the flash player?

I downloaded the flash player, so it said. But on facebook it still won't ;lay the videos. Says i need to download the flash player. I downloaded it twice. I can't find it on my computer either. I need help please.

I have windows 7, internet explorer.

I uninstalled the flash player and went to the website and reinstalled it. It still does not work.
