How could I get sketch filter in Photoshop CC?

I am learning to make some texture, then found that there isn't sketch filter in Photoshop CC, which is available in many previous versions. Pleaes tell me how to get this sketch filter? Thank you!

The filters that were on the filter list and are part of the Filter Gallery are still there by either going to Filter>Filter Gallery or in the photoshop preferences>Plug-Ins

check Show All Filter Gallery Groups and Names and then after restarting photoshop cc you should see the familar listings on the filter list.

When I use the stamp filter, it goes to black/gray instead of the black/white it used to do in PSE.   If I invert, the black goes to white, but the grey remains grey.  I need it to do the black/white (no gray) thing...any suggestions?

Press the D key to set the default toolbox colors to black and white and then try the stamp filter.
