Though Spry is indeed cool, it´s a "framework" for developing aka coding stuff -- what you´re probably looking for, is a "point & click" tool to help you setup menus without having to code anything

Generated Source of their home page to see the incredible amount of code
added to the page by this menu system. It is quite shocking.
