In task mgr, AFP shows as "stopped". If I right click to start AFP, I get message Access Denied

Windows task manager, Adobe FP shows as stopped. When I right click to start service, I get error message Access Denied

I have never seen a process as "stopped" in the Task Manager; can you post a screenshot of that?

You mean the Adobe Flash Player Update Service?  That should not be permanently running.

Ah, you mean in the Applications tab?  I also have never seen Flash Player appearing in there.
