I was try to search the solution but there is no one work for me.
I hope adobe can help me about it.

Video card needs at least 512mb of VRAM memory.  Will not work with Win XP

Use menu Edit>preferences>performance make sure Photoshop had GPU enabled. if not there will be no 3D. You system info states it is and you have 2GB of VRAM use advance settings and enable OpenCL also.

OpenCL doesn't have much of anything to do with 3D rendering.  And it's not available on 32 bit Photoshop either.

Right off the bat I see that your ATI display driver is a year and a half out of date (noting the Driver Date: 20120808... indication).

Go to AMD.com, select the display driver that matches your hardware and operating system - which is likely going to be their Catalyst 13.12 package - and download and install it.

I'm betting that will get Photoshop's features working for you.  It works for me (I have an ATI 7850 and Catalyst 13.12).
