Unable to install flash player

Every time I go to install, I get a message that says to close explorer. I do and it won't finish installation. I don't know how it got uninstalled in the first place. I'm stuck. Looking for a number so I can be walked through this.

Hello,

Welcome to Adobe Forums.

1) Launch Task Manager (Keyboard Shortcut : Ctrl+Shift+Esc)

2) Go to Processes Tab

3) Make sure you have clicked on "Show processes from all users"

4) Kill "iexplore.exe" process

Use offline installer for Adobe Flash Player : Progress bar hangs during download / Unable to connect to server / Unable to download metafile
