Getting 'printer not ready' error, Acrobat XI Pro, Windows 7 x64

We recently upgraded all systems in our organization from Acrobat X to Acrobat XI.  Since the upgrade employees have begun to see the following error message when they attempt to print to pdf:

      PrinterNotReady.jpg

This was seen when trying to print to pdf from Outlook 2013

When trying to print from a web browser, the following error was thrown:

      ErrorOccured.jpg

This was using Firefox for Windows, version 23.0.1

I also had a user try to print from Word 2013.  No errors were thrown, but there was also no pdf printed.

Here is what I have already tried without success:

      1. Make sure that only Acrobat XI was installed
        1. Remove old versions of Acrobat if any
        2. Remove Adobe Reader if present
      2. Repair Acrobat XI Install
      3. Clean Registry
      4. Reinstall Acrobat XI
        1. Uninstall Acrobat XI
        2. Reboot
        3. Clean Registry
        4. Reboot
        5. Install Acrobat XI
      5. Reinstall PDF Printer
        1. Remove current pdf printer
        2. manually install pdf printer

With some employee's I am able to direct them to work-arounds, but this is far from a 'fix,' especially for the majority of our employees.

If anyone can direct me to a fix for this issue I would greatly appreciate it!
