bob.treitman Oct 24, 2013 10:08 AM (in response to janeribas)What service/tool did you use to convert the document to PDF format?
If the PDF file is an email attachment, then you'll have to follow your email service's directions for downloading attachments.

janeribas Oct 24, 2013 10:50 AM (in response to bob.treitman)Hi! I used Adobe to convert my creation at Microsoft Word 2007 to PDF and then asked SendNow to send as attachment to janeribas_ri@hotmail.com but couldn't download it. Maybe there is a problem with Microsoft Office Word 2007 because I cannot print any document created there anymore. Thanks for any help, Jane Ribas

bob.treitman Oct 24, 2013 11:25 AM (in response to janeribas)I'm surprised that you were unable to download a file sent with Adobe SendNow. Can you tell me what error message you are getting at this step?
I'm afraid that I can't help with Word 2007.
