Problems installing Flash Player for OS X Mavericks

It took me 20 times at least to download instalation file from ADOBE. And then following instructions (uninstaling old Flash Player version (aslo VERY BIG problem to download right file it took me about 100 times unless I did it)).

When I stat instaling new Flash Player file it stops on 7% and got info 'lost conection'

Who will help me?
