Getting disconnects while trying to download Flash Player using IE 10

Getting disconnect errors when attempting to install Adobe Flash Player from the adobe website on a new Win7 PC running IE10 with all the updates applied..  Download usually gets to about 7% and then I see a disconnect error.  It attempts to reconnect but it never does.

Try the offline installers instead:

Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)

Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)
