Transferring Photoshop CC to new computer

I’m going to be getting a new computer soon and was wondering about how to change over my Photoshop CC and Lightroom 5 to the new computer. In the past, when upgrading to a new computer, I could deactivate Photoshop through the help menu. Photoshop CC no longer shows that option, and since only two copies are allowed at once, I’m at a loss as to how to retire the copy I have now and switch the account to the new computer in such a way that Adobe can verify I have done so. I also have both Photoshop CC and Lightroom 5 on another computer, so I'm at my limit. Any ideas?

Hello, for Creative Cloud, it's "sign out" rather than deactivate: http://prodesigntools.com/move-adobe-cs5-between-computers-or-windows-to-mac.html
