Please help me to download flashplayer on my toshiba laptop

What is your operating system? (Windows or Mac) (XP, Vista, 7, 8)

What browser do you use? (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari)

Windows 7, internet explorer. Although the download asks if you want to install chrome.
