Connect issues

I am trying to follow this link:

and it kicks back error 403. I have tried it on 4 computers and 2 diffenerent networks and turned off basically all security on my comp.

Any Suggestions?

You may need to talk to the IT department running the networks you are testing and see if there is something that would cause a blocking of the redirect.
