Change EXT-X-ALLOW-CACHE tag in M3U playlists

Hello, i am using AMS 5 for VOD files, and i need to change EXT-X-ALLOW-CACHE:NO tag in M3U playlists. How can i change it to EXT-X-ALLOW-CACHE:YES?

I use this setting in httpd.conf

	HLSM3U8MaxAge 86400
	HLSTSSegmentMaxAge 86400
	HLSMetaMaxAge 3600

But it is not helpfull for me, i again get EXT-X-ALLOW-CACHE:NO in m3u8 playlist.

PLEASE tell me how can i change it to EXT-X-ALLOW-CACHE:YES?
