I've tried to install it several times. Every time I do, it says installation complete but then when I try to watch a youtube video it says I don't have adobe flash player installed. I've done the Safari>Preferences routine and all of the boxes are checked. Please help.

How to perform a "clean install" of Flash Player in Mac OS X

INSTEAD OF going to Mac HD/Library/Internet Plugins... Spotlight Search "Flash Player.plugin" and trash EVERYTHING that appears in the results. Otherwise follow the other steps to the letter.
