Registration page

Hi there!

I have created an interactive magazine with InDesign and have published it on the App Store. How can I add a URL to a photo in order to take the user to an shop?

Furthermore, I would like you to tell me how I can create a registration page for users who download the magazine so that I can track who has done so.
