I'm trying to create a PDF form that can be filled out by my coworkers. It needs to have expanding fields though so the text can flow. I've read so many instructions on how to do this but I can't figure out how to create a subform or anything else needed for that matter. Is there anyone that I can just hire to make the form for me?
