Flash on Android 4.3

Installed Flash player 11.1, it's in my apps. When I try to stream a movie from Amazon Prime videos, using Dolphin browser or Chrome, get an error saying Flash not installed. Help!

Android no longer supports Flash. That's almost a year and a half now.

Dolphin should play Flash content without the plugin. (I don't own any Android devices so I can't say for certain)

Google "Sideloading Flash Player" to find instructions on how to (possibly) enable it with Android 4.3.
