Donloading Flash Player

It does seem like I am downloading Flash Player.  It tells me I have successfully downloaded, however when I go to a site like Weight Watchers I get a message to download Flash Player

go to manage addons and see if the adobe  shockwave flash object is disabled.. if so enable it..

that fixed my problem..
