How to export QT with 2-Stereo pairs?

I'm trying to export from a Quicktime which has 2 stereo pairs. The resulting Quicktime would look like this:

(the above was exported from FCP7).

The reason we are looking for this is because we deliver our masters (as im sure many others do) with tracks 1&2 Full Mix, Tracks 3&4 M+E. The benifit by having the audio appear as two stereo pairs is that the client can disable a pair through quicktime, thus we can deliver a wrapped file (rather than a video and two stereo wav files.). Its also benificial for us as we can QC the file by simply checking the QT proporties to make sure there are two tracks, and soloing each.

Using the new October release of PP CC I HAVE been able to export a quicktime with 4 mono tracks however QT displays this as one multichanel audio stream.

Googling around I have found this post, which seems to show a screenshot of the QT audio export settings (see below) with the option to export 2 stero pairs, however my version of Premiere Pro (CC 7.1.0) does not have this option. All I get is the option of unlabled or DTMPE...

Not being able to do this is currently the last remaining 'feature' that PP lacks that is preventing our company from making the switch to PP from FCP7 :'(

me: "new version of PP is out, addresses all those things you didnt like lets start migrating!!"

person with money: "can we do 2 stereo pair output?"

      me: "... no"

      them: "no."
