avanishdivya Nov 11, 2013 9:38 AM (in response to DerekDevine01)Hi Derek,
Please go to the following location & move the contents of the media core folder out.
MacHD\Library\Application Support\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\CC\MediaCore
You can place it on the desktop then launch the program.
Try the steps & see if that helps.
Thanks.

DerekDevine01 Nov 11, 2013 10:50 AM (in response to avanishdivya)The only folder in plugins was called Rowbyte.
I removed this folder. Put one copy on the desktop and the other in the trash. Empited the trash.
No go. Still crashes when I try to used media. Currently all I'm doing is navigating to my desktop through the media browser. As soon as a video picon shows up it crashes.
