Go to the link https://creative.adobe.com/products/indesign. It will give you the option to download InDesign. If you are subscribed user you can sign in first and then download else you can directly click on download Trial option.

Mac - but I've paid for another version of Indesign so one of my designers can use it on his PC.
Is there another way I can somehoiw get it to him?

If you have CC subscription, you can install and activate Creative Cloud desktop applications on two computers, regardless of operating system.

Great - Thank you! - so do I need to log in to CC subscription from the second computer and download from there?

That would be a violation of the license! You can install on two machine
but it is for the use of ONE person only.
