I am concerned that Davinder hasn't received a response in 6 days.
What can we do to fix this?

I had exactly the same issue on Windows 8.1 across two machines.
I uninstalled Creative Cloud using add/remove programs, restarted, and then downloaded the Creative Cloud App again from Adobe.
This worked for me, and I can now use the app normally again.

Davinder Sangha Nov 12, 2013 12:14 AM (in response to Davinder Sangha)The obvious thing! Uninstall and reinstall. Seems to have worked for me, although it says I don't have any Apps installed, apart from Photoshop. They all work, though.
