Generating WebHelp results in loop refresh

I know this sounds familiar, but it is a different issue than this discussion: http://forums.adobe.com/message/5745727. I deployed the fix for that issue and viewing the webhelp now works.

However, this issue is when I generate a child project, it publishes successfully; however, when I click on the folder from the table of contents, the refresh loop starts and the content won't display. This is only seems to be happening for me, not the other 2 technical writers that use RoboHelp.

Any ideas??

Update: uninstalling and reinstalling RoboHelp worked...for whatever reason.

Update: I have been on a chat with Adobe support for 3+ hours and they cannot figure it out. The issues is specific to my machine/installation, as my coworkers can successfully publish the same projects. The only thing the Adobe support rep could conclude was that my browsers (Firefox, Chrome, IE) will not display content which has script enabled.

Next, I am going to uninstall and reinstall RoboHelp to see if that magically fixes something.
