We decided not to add Index keywords to our project, so it would be nice to exclude its tab from the output.

Abosultely it is. Open the window you have specified in the WebHelp Pro single source layout. The window itself is in the Project Setup pod. In there you'll find a section in the right hand side that defines the buttons displayed at the top of the tripane view. Just deselect the Index option and recompile your project.

Thanks for the quick reply. I did as you said and it still shows Index in the output view after recompilation.

If you do the same with “regular” WebHelp, does it appear then (after you’ve turned it off in the SSL recipe)?

No, it works fine with regular WebHelp.

Then I would say it might be an artefact of the “Pro” flavour (unless Colum knows for sure it works in the Pro SSL)

Thanks. Then, I think I might use the WebHelp instead.

You should only be using the “Pro” flavour if you have RoboHelp Server – if you don’t have that, then there’s no point in using it.

Yes it does work with the Pro version but as Jeff says, if you don't have the RH Server application you shouldn't be using the Pro SSL.

To add to Jeff's useful response it would be worth deleting your browser's cache as well as testing other browsers.
