Anyone know where a cfschedule block should go on a web site if you want to
have it run? Do you need to also enter it into the cf admin or can you just
put it into a web page? And yes, I am allowed to use it.

You should be able to put it in a page anywhere on your site. Maybe a folder and filename like "/maintenance/scheduled_items.cfm".

I believe you can only add it through the CF Admin to make it run, there isn't a command under action for 'new' for cfschedule.

It's a good idea to pass/check for a URL variable to run your schedule within the page. I've had spiders go through a site and run the scheduled item without me or cfschedule asking it to run.

Hope that helps.
