I have a few machines that I cannot get Flashplayer to update and install on. Windows7 32, IE 8 or 9. I have tried the subinacl and reset_fp11.bat and it does not help. I have ran the uninstall for FP and no difference. Any further assistance would be great.

1. Uninstall flash player using control panel.
2. Browse the Flash folder in the location "C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\" and delete.
3. Restart your computer and install Flash player from www.adobe.com

If reset_fp11.bat did not resolve the problem, you may be out of luck...
But one last try: download the MSI installer from http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html then right-click on it and select Run as Administrator.
If that also fails to register, can you post the contents of the FlashInstall.log file from C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash - there may be some information in there that could help to identify which registry key cannot be accessed.

I could not get my login to work so created a new one.
Here is a copy of the log -

This was the error message when trying the MSI.
The user installing this is a local admin of the machine. I also have a copy of the Processmonitor log.

Does the file C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash\Flash32_11_4_402_287.ocx actually exist?
If so, can you try to register it manually, as follows:

the ocx was there and performed the steps listed above.
Ran as Admin. Did not go.

If even 'Run as Administrator' did not allow registering the OCX, then you may have some registry permission problems that could not be addressed by the SubInACL prodcedure.
The only idea I have left is trying to use Microsoft Fixit to find and repair any problems in your registry.
