Interaction (Accordian) is not displaying in Presenter 9 output

I added an accordian interaction to a slide and edited it using Interaction Manager (Presenter 9) but when I preview or publish the presentation, that slide is blank.  Am I missing a step somewhere along the line?

Could you see the interaction image on the pptx slide ??

Please check the the format of presentation .Is it .ppt file or .pptx file ?

Also In the published output folder check if the interaction swf is present ? <published Folder/data/resources>

Hi, to answer your questions, yes, I can see it on the slide as a static image.  The file is .pptx.  Yes, there are 2 .swf files in the resources folder.

It is not packaged properly.

Could you please re-package it.

Use the option under Adobe Presenter ->Package. This will create a .prpkg file.

When I play with the color, it works,... weird...
