spinlight Aug 11, 2013 2:01 PM (in response to Colin Holgate)I tried both. Should JPEG be faster? I'll go back and try that again.

3. Re: Camera roll vs encoding
Colin Holgate Aug 11, 2013 2:17 PM (in response to spinlight)JPEG is likely to be a lot bigger file, and when you save to the camera roll it’s JPEG. Saving to a shared object is likely to be raw data, unless you JPEG encoded it.

4. Re: Camera roll vs encoding
monkey500 Nov 15, 2013 8:14 AM (in response to Colin Holgate)Hi guys, is there a way of saving a retina resolution (144px) image using camera Roll on iPad?
If not, does anyone know if Flash CC has fixed this?
And failing that, What's the alternative Jpg method that spinlight is using above? Please post any code here, as I'm still a novice..
Thanks,
Matt
