My computer stopped in the middle of downloading/installing the Flash Player. How do you delete one

My computer had stopped in the middle of downloading the Adobe Flash Player 11.9 r900.  Now I have two copies on my computer.  How do I delete one copy?  It is really slowing my computer down!

The installer needn't be on your system. Clikc the file ONCE to highlight it, and press Shift+Delete to permanently delete the file.
