Because Flash Player is "freeware", this is the support for it. Adobe DOES offer phone support but it's Mon-Fri 6am-7pm (PST) and it's $39 (prepaid) per incident.

For IE9 or IE10 in WIn 7:

Download the following files by right clicking and selecting "Save target as".

Flash Player Uninstaller

Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)

Save BOTH files to your Downloads folder - DO NOT RUN anything yet.

Reboot your system.

BEFORE opening anything else, go to your Downloads folder and run the UNINSTALLE

Flash Player- but am not sure how this whole service thing works- how forum works is not clear to me either- am used to IM style live chats and servixce calls. Have tried for an hour and a half to follow site support suggestions for ways to facilitate Flas Player 11 on my Windows 7 Explorer system using as many help topics as possible, but still haven't successfully installed and need more help pinpointing the potential issue.

BEFORE opening anything else, go to your Downloads folder and run the UNINSTALLER to remove Flash Player.

Next, run the ActiveX Installer.

Once everything is installed, see:Enabling Flash Player in Internet Explorer  and: ActiveX Filtering in Internet Explorer  to make 100% sure that Flash Player is enabled and NOT being blocked by ActiveX controls.
