You most likely need a new driver for your card

Sadly I had already tried that link, I have just gone there again and run the download which resulted in the same message I got yesterday 'UNABLE TO FIND MY PRODUCT OR OS)
I note that the details of my graphic hardware is shown but it states the operating system is Windows 8 not 8.1 which I upgraded to which caused me to lose the Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration., which was working fine before.
Unless I can get an an answer I think I will have to restore my system back to Windows 8
