Why can't I download adobe flashplayer?

What exactly means "can't"?

I have a i5 iMac with MacOS 10.9, Firefox, Chrome and Safarie.  My systems says there is an update to Flashplayer.   I click on OK and it sends me to the Adobe page where there is a button to download Flashplayer.   I click on the button and it takes me to www.adobe.com.   When I place the cursor over the link Firefox show the link as www.adobe.com and no file to download.   How can I update Flashplayer?   Is your page link broken?

Me too! Me too! Having exactly the same problem. Exactly. This has been ongoing now, almost a week. I hope they get someone to fix the website.
